As Safety Coordinator for Hedgehog Electric & Solar, I have worked with UOSH on 3 separate UOSH Consultation visits to job sites on which we were the electrical contractor. Each occasion has been a positive experience for me and our team. We learn more about what we can improve as well as the things we are doing well. Each UOSH Consultant has been helpful in guiding us through corrective actions, where needed. They offer resources and information to help us make our safety program better. Each consultant has been readily available whenever I have had questions or need guidance on an issue and then proactive in helping me to find answers to questions or find information. It has been great to feel that we have a partner in UOSH who wants to help us succeed and keep our people safe at work, which is one of our Core Values at Hedgehog Electric & Solar. I look forward to future UOSH Consultations, they are helping us to improve, gain confidence, and making construction a more safe and productive environment in which to work. We aim to be a great safety company and I feel that UOSH will help us to achieve it.
