What do I Need to Know When Starting A New Business?

Starting a new business can be an exciting challenge. If you are thinking of starting up a new business or are a small business owner, you may not realize there are various regulatory requirements that apply to your business if you are an employer. Even small businesses with just one employee, even a family member, may need to adhere to these laws enforced by the Utah Labor Commission.
