The Worker Classification Enforcement Council consists of representatives from the following agencies:

  • Utah Labor Commissioner
  • Department of Commerce
  • Department of Workforce Services
  • State Tax Commission
  • Office of the Attorney General (nonvoting)

The Council meets at least quarterly at the offices of the Utah Labor Commission.
