Workers Compensation Committee Overview

The Utah Workers' Compensation Advisory Council is the longest standing workers' compensation board in the United States. It is made up of voting and non-voting members, appointed by the Labor Commissioner, who represent both employers and employees. The Council advises the Commission on matters of legislation, rules, and enforcement of the Workers' Compensation Act.
