Providing help to injured workers, employers, adjustors and medical providers with their workers' compensation issues is what we do.

Mediation is offered to help in workers' compensation disputes. We have mediators and ombudspersons onsite that can assist an injured worker through the mediation process.

The state requirements of making sure the on-the-job injury is filed in the time frame set by the laws and rules is administered by us. We maintain a data base with all injuries reported and issue penalties when claims are not reported.
