Utah Antidiscrimination & Labor Division
The Utah Antidiscrimination & Labor Division investigates and resolves employment and housing discrimination complaints and enforces Utah's minimum wage, wage payment requirements and laws which protect
youth in employment.
Through their successful Education & Outreach Program, the Division also promotes public awareness through educational presentations and training workshops.
Program Description
The Utah Antidiscrimination & Labor Division (UALD) has three distinct and separate missions.
Each of them addresses and establishes standards which govern, maintain and ensure the general well being of Utah's workforce, its employer community and nondiscriminatory housing practices.
