This policy includes information which will assist you in complying with fair housing laws, but it is not intended to provide legal advice. The fair housing laws are subject to change, and your policies and practices should be reviewed periodically to assure compliance with the law.

Fair Housing Training: The Division conducts free training for compliance issues each quarter. See our calendar for dates and locations.
