Uninsured Employers' Fund
Mission Statement
The Uninsured Employers' Fund will ensure prompt payment
of workers' compensation benefits to eligible injured workers.
This fund assists in the payment of workers compensation benefits to employees who are injured on the job and whose employer is uninsured and either insolvent or bankrupt.
The assessment rate for 2008 is 0.25%.
