Query Industrial Accident Data
Statistical reports are based on information generated from the "employer's First Report of Injury" forms filed with the Utah Labor Commission. The "Employer's First Report of Injury" is to be filed by the employer within seven days after the occurrence of an industrial injury or occupational disease. Information captured from these reports includes the Part of Body injured, Nature of Injury, Cause of Injury, Age of the injured party, County where the injury occurred and injury facts relating to occupational Fatalities.
