Sample Nondiscrimination Policy: Click here to see a sample policy that you can use, in whole or in part, to establish fair and consistent practices and demonstrate your commitment to fair housing and equal opportunity. This policy includes information which will assist you in complying with fair housing laws, but it is not intended to provide legal advice. The fair housing laws are subject to change, and your policies and practices should be reviewed periodically to assure compliance with the law.

Fair Housing Training: The Division will be conducting free training sessions on fair housing compliance issues on the following dates:
• January 10, 2008
• April 17, 2008
• July 8, 2008
All training sessions will run from 2:00 – 4:00, and will be held in the UOSH Conference Room at the Labor Commission, 160 East 300 South, Third Floor, Salt Lake City, UT 84114.
